Contains pure New Zealand Made Magnesium Oil (Pure New Zealand Filtered Water, Natural Magnesium Chloride derived from the Tibetan Plateau)
Note: Magnesium Oil gets its name from its naturally oil feel however it is not an oil.
Magnesium Oil
ALWAYS patch test.
Recommended usage is 15- 30 mins before sleep.
If this is your child's first time using magnesium oil for we recommend that for the first 4 weeks apply ONLY to the soles of your child's feet to allow the body to adjust before moving onto areas such as the arm, legs, back and torso.
Slight tingling or itching can be an indication of Magnesium deficiency however if any burning or irritation should occur wash with water and either dilute your oil with further with water or discontinue use in that area. For best results leave the Magnesium Oil for 30mins after application to allow the body to absorb the oil before washing.
Do not apply to any cracked, burnt or broken skin or the eyes.
Epsom Salts
Add the desired amount to a warm bath (1-2 cups recommended)
These salts can also be used in the shower as a face or body scrub and is safe for your head and scalp also.
